How Teen Choices and Challenges Works
Teen Choices and Challenges was created to provide you with a safe place to come and learn about things that impact you on a daily basis. You might discover something new, you may learn how to deal with a problem you have been having and who to turn to for help, or you could realize that, overall, things are going pretty well for you. Whatever you gain, it is certainly worth your time to explore.

The Questionnaire
The program has several parts to it. First, there is a questionnaire. Your answers to this questionnaire will be kept confidential. As you read each question, choose the answer or answers that fit you the best. There are no wrong answers. If you change your mind about an answer, don't worry. You will have a chance to review your answers and change any of them that you need to. Your answers to the questionnaire allow us to develop a completely personalized and private plan just for you. We admit, the questionnaire is pretty long. But there are so many things going on in your life that we have to ask a lot of questions to get to know you a little better. You don't have to complete the questionnaire in one sitting—your answers will be saved if you decide to take a break and come back later.

Your Plan
After you submit your questionnaire, we develop your Plan. It will be full of information that can help you understand a lot of the issues that you are dealing with and make any changes that you want. The more completely and honestly you answer the questionnaire, the more your Plan will make sense to you.

Fun Stuff
Last, but not least, we have a lot of games and activities available to you in the section called Fun Stuff. Only a few of these are available before you sign up for the program. You can try them out to get a taste of what else is available once you sign up.

If you have not been given an access code, you will not be able to sign up. Tell your counselor at school if you are interested in signing up.
