With a goal of providing preventive health services to adolescents in the community, Kaiser is pleased to present Teen Choices and Challenges. This program was built by a multi-disciplinary team of health education professionals, nurses, physicians, counselors and dieticians along with a talented development team at HealthMedia, Inc. The program evolved from the concepts of Youth Health Provider Program and Health Media Corporation, Inc.
Teen Choices and Challenges is a tool for teens to use to obtain personal, rather than generic, guidance about their health and lifestyle issues. It was built to maintain the confidentiality of each teen user yet to facilitate their discussions with their doctors, counselors, and other health providers.
